Abstract: Military training faces challenges in providing realistic, high-stakes scenarios while ensuring safety and cost-efficiency. Virtual Reality (VR) has emerged as a solution to create immersive, risk-free training environments that simulate combat and strategic decision-making. This article reports on a VR-based military training system designed to enhance soldier readiness, reflexes, and teamwork. The system, developed using Unreal 5, creates interactive, scenario-based environments—such as hostile terrains, urban warfare, and rescue missions. By incorporating gamification and real-time feedback, the system promotes engagement and improves decision-making under pressure. Pilot trials showed enhanced reaction times, accuracy, and mission completion rates, demonstrating how VR can revolutionize military training by providing highly adaptable, immersive learning experiences.
