Abstract: The study examined the effectiveness of the Reading, Identifying, Constructing, Solving, Reviewing, and Extending (RICOSRE) Model in enhancing mathematical Problem-Solving skills among Grade 10 students at Tanque National High School. The experimental and control groups were divided into two groups, with the experimental group showing "Very High" skills and the control group achieving an "Average" rating. Post-intervention, both groups significantly improved their Problem-Solving skills, enhancing overall skills. The findings suggest that the RICOSRE model, a form of Problem-based Learning (PBL), significantly enhances mathematical Problem-Solving abilities and fosters greater student engagement. Educators should refine Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approaches to better prepare students for academic challenges and cultivate essential skills in increasingly complex learning environments.
