Abstract: Many harmful and inflammable gases are produced in various industrial and domestic systems. The detection and measurement of these toxic gases has drawn much attention for the researchers worldwide due to their bad effects on human health. The present study demonstrates the important parameters to fabricate the metal-oxide semiconductors gas sensors using various deposition methods. This study figures out the change in value of sensitivity and stability of metal-oxides gas sensor towards target gas and dopant. Our study also depicts a novel method to fabricate a cost effective gas sensor operated at room temperature.
